Santiago Ramón y Cajal Spanish scientific, won a Nobel Prize in Physiology and Medicine in 1906 for his amazing discovering of the neurons He said,“ All human beings can became, if they truly want, sculptors of their own brain” not speaking metaphorically but literally. He found but could not demonstrate at that time (But proved later by science) that when we are really inspired and touched by a possibility and we take the step forward out of our comfort zone, the neurons start to connect in a different fashion, which mean that we analyse better, become more alert and are more creative, more focus.

Ourbody, our brain changes change in our emotions and a movement generate a physical change in our body A movement that result in a different rhythm, anew fashion A music that it is playing only for you, no one can hear, only you like a rewards for have been brave to jump A music thatmake us move and act more in line with what we really are, in line with our nature.

In my work I have been searching for that rhythm, that movement that brings freedom, joy, and enthusiasm.
