HAVE A DRINK GIRL.

This work belongs to a series of paintings that capture my fascination with Andalusia and its folklore.

For 4 years I have lived on the coast of Granada, experiencing closely Andalusia customs and traditions, flamenco and its nature. This has led me to portray different people around me, sometimes painting from life and other times from photography, with the aim of capturing all the beauty and strength they give off.

Costumbrista painting has always interested me and in some way I continue down this path with contemporary and colorful painting. Color is fundamental in my work, that are colorful painting, inspired by the color theories of the impressionists.

This work is painted on canvas with oil paint.
